WHO IS I AM?
When God revealed Himself to Moses as “I AM,” He declared His eternal, unchanging nature and His nearness to His people. Knowing God’s names and
character changes the way we worship, trust, and follow Him. How we refer to something indicates our level of relationship and intimacy with that person. The more you get to know someone, odds are you develop nicknames, pet names, and special ways to reference that person that shows how close you are to them. Did you know that God has a name? And better yet, His name reveals who He is? Do we know the God that we claim to follow? Do we call Him by name? In this series, we’ll study the names of God revealed in Scripture and see how each one invites us to live in awe, reverence, and trust. The more we know who He is, the more we understand who we are in Him.
